Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst time going to Miguelos , I can say I was completely disappointed at the quality of work and service I received. I had called in and asked for an appointment to get a grey balayage (1st pic) after 6hrs he left me hair multi colors did not add a base and expected me to go back to add a base color on top my roots were yellow (2nd pic) I was upset and let him know he promised he could fix it. By the second and third day my hair was turning yellow green I was so upset it was the week of my birthday. I did not trust nor believe he could fix my hair so i had to almost beg and pay another person double to fix my hair (last pic) The fact that he would let me leave looking like that and not follow up with me at all was completely unacceptable. First time going to Miguelos , I can say I was completely disappointed at the quality of work and service I received. I had called in and asked for an appointment to get a grey balayage (1st pic) after 6hrs he left me hair multi colors did not add a base and expected me to go back to add a base color on top my roots were yellow (2nd pic) I was upset and let him know he promised he could fix it. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went in for highlights. The hair dresser Cristina was very professional over the phone and in person. She was already waiting for me when I arrived, no need for me to wait. She took her time with me. I usually go with Miguel the owner but she was just as good. I was told that I would only pay one time but I would still need to go in several times to get the bottom lightened. The second time I went in I was sent to a different person than the one doing my hair and she put dye in my hair instead of pulling color out. I made 2 other appointments with Christina and showed up and she didn’t come in and never called me to let me know she wouldn’t be in. I went to get my hair colored Ombré. I was told it had to be done in stages because my hair is damaged so they couldn’t use bleach. I was told that I would only pay one time but I would still need to go in several times to get the bottom lightened. The second time I went in I was sent to a different person than the one doing my hair and she put dye in my hair instead of pulling color out.
