I had such a great experience here. They are a lovely team, so welcoming, and patient. The place was elegant, clean, and I even got a hot towel at the end of the manicure. I felt so comfortable I almost fell asleep. I love my nails. They’ve lasted two weeks already and they are perfectly shaped and colored.

A bit more expensive but worth it because the place was very clean(hygienic)and staff was super helpful,nice and attentive.i got the deluxe pedicure and a classic manicure.they have relaxing massage chairs and a nail bar area.they take appointments and walk ins which is great,even though it was a pretty busy spot,but I didnt see anyone wait long, despite being a walk in(I had a appointment)highly recommend if you want a upscale experience,don’t recommend if you prefer cheap and without the extras like massage,hot stones,sugar scrubs,etc but really basic.

Aways inconsistent fills and shaping of nails. Nails are uneven, some shorter than others, some ovel some square, some point up and lopsided etc. No matter how many times I show the technician the lopsided filed nail she doesn’t fix it! Technician files my fingers and when I flinch and tell her that hurts and she keeps doing it! Extremly Painful! I want my nails filled and shaped not my skin!!! I am actually not one to complain or write reviews EVER but in this case my nails looked so bad paying over $100 dollars is alot of money! Very expensive for a bad product. On the positive side pedicures and shaping is good.

I went for a basic Mani Pedi which stated $38 on their price card, shown by their tech.. once the job was done, the office manager found her way over telling me the prices on the cards, which is at every nail station.. were wrong!! & She’d be charging my card $51 instead!! I was Soooo disappointed simply by her not honoring the prices listed..and which were told to me before I sat down, and shown to me once I sat down..lol!! It really wasn’t the issue of the cost, it’s the issue of being shady that got Me!! Although I’m close by, I won’t be returning!!! I don’t do business with thirsty people..it’s simply not a good look and is against California state law as well! Stop telling ‘Some’ of us.. one price and charging another.. no need, just be honest!!

Awful service and they’re just bad at doing Nails period. Go to a better salon you’ll be paying the same price and get way better results. They can’t do acrylic nails either. Air bubbles and just awful paint job. I normally Go to Avatar nails and decided to come here today. Go to avatar guys. This place is just bad. We all know how much it sucks to pay for nails you’re unhappy with.

Had a mannie and peddie here. The manicure was ok, except when I got to my car and looked at my nails on the sunlight… the manicurist didn’t get rid off the old gel all the way. Just because they were rushed to attend to other costumers. I don’t understand how they can charge $25 for a ‘regular’ manicure. Judge for yourself, here is the picture.

I tried out this salon for the first time this week. I got the same OPI gel color I always get for my manicure. They did a pretty good job with the manicure itself. However, the gel is pealing on 3 of my nails in just two days since I had them done. I’ve been getting gel on my nails for years and have never had any problems like this, so I’m sure this is one of those rare situations. At this point it’s a little bit of an inconvenience. I prefer my go-to salon where they guarantee their work with a full refund and will redo the work.

I got a regular French manicure here yesterday, and this is what it looks like today. Actually it started chipping badly last night–just a few hours after it was done. It’s almost like they didn’t use real nail polish? Everyone was really nice, and the place was clean and comfortable, but ultimately it comes down to the quality of the job, and I’m definitely bummed!
