I was just on the phone with the front desk and the lady who talked to me was very polite. She answered all my questions and was okay with a little bit of small talk which really meant a lot to me because I am autistic, so it just really means a lot when companies are patient with me over the phone. I will say some places get annoyed with a little bit of small talk, but this place doesn’t, or I guess some places get annoyed because they don’t understand small talk maybe but either way the lady at the front desk was very nice. but enough about the phone service I have also had amazing experience with Doctor Darby because about 3 years ago I had to get a procedure done that I was very nervous about, so she put me on laughing gas to keep me comfortable the whole time. She also answered all my questions about how she was going to do the procedure and brought in the laughing gas so I could see what I was going to be breathing into and so I could see what it looked like.

I highly recommend this office and especially recommend working with Sarah. She was able to clear my skin up within months and is wonderful to work with. The entire staff is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. If you are in search of a dermatologist, this is a great place to start!

Was told to come in to have tubes put in my ears after a recommendation from my doctor. Had the date scheduled, took a day off, drove 45 mins to get there and they told me “we don’t know why you were scheduled for this day, the doctor that does this is not in today, you can come back in 8 weeks”. Told me I wouldn’t be charged. 2 months later I got a bill, which they “will look into, but it looks like we advised you to come back in 8 weeks”. So they’re charing me for that sentence and wasting my day? First and last time I ever use this place for anything.

I’m uninsured and made that clear upon scheduling a consultation. They were very upfront about costs and offered service at a very reasonable price. Everything (including follow up) was clear, timely, and helpful.

I’ve had nothing but great experience with the providers I have seen. The exams have been thorough, well explained and in a professional/considerate manner. I’ve left voice messages with the nurses and typically have a response within a couple business days. Kudos to Dr Colleen Reisz, particularly for care with alopecia!

First off, I visited Midwest Medical Specialists for a dermatology appointment, NOT for the aesthetics side of the business. It seems as though they have 2 separate business units operating out of here. I see there are some negative reviews for the aesthetician visits, but I can’t comment on that. The dermatology side was very nice, clean, and friendly. Typical check in, ID, insurance, fill out the medical history on a tablet. Even paid the copays on the tablet; nice feature. Patient room was nice and clean. Saw a medical assistant and then the PA, both very nice. Lisa Orrick, PA was super friendly and knowledgeable about dermatology. Overall, great experience, with very little wait times.

Visited their dermatologist office, the staff were amazing and we’re able to see me quickly instead of next month like all the other offices I called and went too for my diagnosis. P.A.C. Hamilton and the attending nurse, can’t recall her name, were patient and answered my questions and didn’t seem like they were a rush to just get me out and send me a bill. Definitely would recommend this location. I’m tired of medical staff always treating me as though I am wasting their time, this place wasn’t that and was a good change of pace.

I came to this office thinking that I would be able to get a skin issue on the back of my head resolved. After the first appointment I had doubts that the doctor was had interest in resolving my issues. It didnt feel as if she really knew how to resolve the skin issue and there was always too many options instead of a straight path to a resolution. My issue never got resolved or any better under the care of the doctor and finally I decided to find someone that I felt was more suitable to resolve my issue. The biggest indicator to me besides her talk was the pictures on the wall; no skin issues just skin enhancement suggestions. I did get my issue resolved, but not under the care of this office.

I can’t say enough good about this office! Visiting them was scary for me, at best. I had to have a surgery on my lip/face here. From the moment I walked in the door, they were all so friendly and did all they could to help ease my anxiety. In particular Dr. Schneider and the nurses that assisted him were FANTASTIC! Dr Schneider is soft spoken and has a GREAT “bed side manner”. From check in, to check out, I give them all an A++!! AND, Dr. Schneider did such a fantastic job that only 2 weeks out, you can hardly notice the scar left from the surgery. You will be in the best of hands here!!
