When I walked in, there was no one there to meet me. I didn’t know where my stylist was. She did an okay job; I personally was not happy with the results. The atmosphere was not relaxing. The room was very messy. I will not go back.

Now, I’m not originally from Dallas. I came here to celebrate my bday, but my experience here wasn’t the best. The stylist Aneshia Brown charged me an extra 16 on my silk press. The press was supposedly discounted on her page. The original price was $50, the discounted price for me to pay was $40. When I got there she asked if I needed a trim, I said, “No, I’m sure. I don’t think I do. I had a trim about a month ago.” She then insisted that I needed a trim. Gave me a trim while she was doing my hair, then charged me for it afterwards. Every single stylist I’ve gone to have never charged me for a trim. I had no idea she would even charge me for it or I would’ve said no. I really didn’t even need it. My point, ALWAYS ask your stylist if they will charge for whatever offer they make. This one never told me she would charge extra for it, so I went ahead and said yeah. Not my best experience. I’ve never paid so much for a silk press.

Booked a service with Aneisha Brown on Midway Rd in Dallas . I found her own your page. It’s very hard finding dependable reliable stylists in Dallas. Booked on styleseat with Aneisha, when I arrived, she said, you booked for a silk press. I pulled out my phone to show her that I booked under a shampoo and style. She told me that would make the price higher, I said ok. What she thought I was going to say was I will stick with the silk press and when that backfired She then told me that her shampoo and styles are silk presses. This makes NO sense because on her styleseat page there is specifically a spot for booking for a silk press! Very misleading and she charged me $27.50 for canceling even though I showed up and I booked under the correct thing. It’s not my fault that you can only do silk presses. AFTER READING THESE REVIEWS, I SEE THIS ISN’T ANEISHA’S FIRST TIME.
