I love it when haircuts are just fun and easy. Made an appointment for the exact time and day I wanted earlier in the week. Walked in, got matched with Sandy, walked out with a cute, low-maintenance bob. She did a great job, working from a set of pictures and making suggestions for my hair and level of laziness (high). Very bad customer service. They gave me appointment at 6:30pm made me wait for 15 mins. I had called and given the exact description of the hair cut. One of the person there says she doesn’t know how to do a A line bob cut. Made me wait more and then they said they are closing!!! Very bad service!! I had to change my plans to get here. Do not waste your time with them!! They do not value it!!

Haven’t been here in sometime, the family came regularly. I was surprised to see how disorganized and somewhat flustered. They can’t tell who is next in line and slow moving when you really don’t want to be in a tight space hair salon a minute longer than you need to. They certainly need better time management. Prices have also gone up quite a bit, especially for men and kids, which now makes it a less desirable place all around with many other options abound in the area. Won’t be coming back.
