Rude! Awful..Wouldn’t honor their own coupons. My flight was leaving in a few hours, I was clearly stressed, I drove half way across town to use the coupon. She got the owner on the phone who was just as rude, for $10 you’d think they would put the customer first! Especially since the coupon did not clearly state what she was saying. Also, a few days before at another location they said exactly the opposite about the coupons! I love leaving great reviews, So this is just sad.

Store has been closed twice now in the past few weeks during normal business hours when I arrived. The first time I asked about it and was told it doesn’t happen and they just had someone call in. Today was the second day. I understand staffing issues but when you buy a 30 day plan and the business isn’t open it just isn’t right. Offer your customers a credit or refund or they will go elsewhere.

Critical: ValueI bought a month package 2 times they were closed, once an employee didn’t show up, and the other time they had a power outage for an hour… I could not go any other time during that day of the power outage. I tried to get them to add 2 tanning sessions but they-would not do it. Apparently there is another place where I could have gone to that is only 5 mins away on Kalamazoo. Now they tell me!!
