I used it for a month. They have contracts that can only be cancelled in the location. And every time I have been in any location they tell me they can’t cancel it! What is going on?! Very disappointed with the deceit. Talked me into a year package. The girl told me I could cancel after 2 months and it would be cheaper than a month unlimited. I went in to cancel after 2 months (which ended up being more than a month unlimited). Ended up being charged for a third month because I was never given the paperwork to sign at the time I canceled. Manager would not refund my credit card.

This facility is ok. I go there regularly. Staff is fairly friendly. I wish they were more knowledgeable about sales and specials and advertised them more. I’ve had to use the bathroom there before and it is disgusting. The beds never appear dirty but seeing the bathroom made me question the cleanliness of the whole facility. This facility is the closet to my house so I’ll continue to go there unless something major happens. Not sure I’ll renew when my annual membership is up but we’ll see.
