Critical: ProfessionalismFirstly let me say when I walked in the receptionist seemed to be nice and she asked me to wash my hands and have a seat. The issue came when another client came in and she removed her jacket for her, offered her water and pulled out her chair( although I believe the taking off the coat and pulling out the chair wAs excessive why not ask me if I wanted water and why not treat every customer the same). I then proceeded to get my $80 manicure and I asked the manicurist to make sure my nails aren’t thick. She responded that the style of the Russian manicures are thick… which I know to not to be true. I got my nails done on Saturday and today is Thursday. My nails have started to lift as shown in the picture and I don’t do anything excessive with my hands(like washing dishes a lot or anything). I will never return to pay $80 for a manicure that I thought would be different that the regular nail salons. I couldve saved $50 and got my regular gel manicure. Firstly let me say when I walked in the receptionist seemed to be nice and she asked me to wash my hands and have a seat.
