Ive been going here for about four or five years and I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else. I recommend the hell out of this salon to any and all of my friends who even mention wanting their nails done. Literally not a single nail salon in Omaha does it like Midlands does. They are incredible. The prices don’t bother me one bit because I personally believe the cost matches the quality, I wouldn’t pay anything less for their hard work. My nails always last a super long time, don’t break or chip, and whenever i get rhinestones they never fall off. Staff is always super super nice, and friendly!! I’ve never had any issues here with my nails being rushed, or being hurt from filing, nothing. Nothing but the best at Midlands nails!! I’ll always be a loyal customer here until I leave Nebraska!

I would give 0 stars if possible. DO NOT GO HERE! The pedicure tech named Ruby cut my toe to the point I was bleeding and then proceeded to laugh when I jumped from the pain. Extreme disrespect from everyone in there and laughed at when I explained I am not receiving what I asked for. This was our first time there and they told us to “calm down and stop screaming” when we asked why they tacked on an extra charge for removal of powder (this was the manicure my mom received). We never raised our voice or spoke with any disrespect towards the technicians, you are allowed to express your concerns during your service. Never once has there been an extra charge for removal of old dip powder when getting a new dip powder manicure at any other salon. The powder doesn’t even cover the whole nail! I received an acrylic manicure with ombré that was completely inconsistent. It was supposed to be all glitter over a natural colored base. Every single nail looks different and some nails you can’t even tell there’s supposed to be glitter , the only compliment I can give is that the tech did a nice short coffin shape. You get ignored and belittled when you say your opinion! Absolute nonsense!

My daughter and I go every two weeks to have our nails done! The employees are all friendly, professional, and incredibly talented. The salon is beautiful and clean! We always leave feeling and looking better than when we arrived. 10/10 Acrylic nails

I usually love going to midlands but the past 2 times that I’ve gone in to get a gel manicure they’ve chipped within 2 days due to the nail technician rushing, only applying 2 layers and not applying a top coat. This happened twice. The first time that they chipped, I called to let them know, yet they still charged me to get them fixed and they were extremely rude and snappy with me, especially the male technician that was fixing them for me. Honestly just disappointed in the poor quality of nail service & bad customer service.

I have used Midlands for the past few months and have always left with great nails. However, I would like to highly brag on the last visit with them. Not only do my nails look great, but the nail techs were amazing. There were four nail techs and four ladies including myself, and I think we laughed the entire time. Often times they are extremely focused and busy, but getting to see them laugh and interact with their customers later in the evening was great! I will always highly recommend.
