I’ve been going for the past 2 years. I never once found racism. (They talk in their language) but doesn’t bother me. No ever found anything wrong with it! I don’t usually talk because I have anxiety but if you do talk to them it 1 makes it less awkward 2 easier to express if you don’t like something. Anytime I’ve had a problem I address it KINDLY! and then thank them for understanding. And I have been with a few different people and never had a bad experience 4 men and 1 woman (forgot their names, will update later if I remember) have done my nails there recently went and got Valentine’s Day nails by a very kind gentleman and his wife did the fine lining details. It was 100 and i tipped a bit. But notice I have long nails I get why it was as much charged. If you’re calling it “expensive “ it’s not expensive it’s just not I’m your budget. They work hard and usually do great work I love T-LO

Bella has been doing my dip nails every three weeks since this summer, and I just love her. She works hard to get my nails right everytime and this last visit she did fall colors dark to light nails with a mat finish and gloss tip. They are gorgeous. I recommend this beautiful nail salon and ask for Bella! Manicure

Nice clean place but Ryan was very rude! He kept pushing me to get gel nails but I always get acrylic. Being as I didn’t give into gel nails he definitely seemed to take it out on my fingers. He rushed and oddly grabbed and twisted my fingers with pressure like I’ve never experienced at any other nail salon. He just didn’t act like he wanted to be there and definitely didn’t want to be working on my nails! Then seemed offended with the small tip! He’s lucky he got anything! Haha! There are several nail salons in this area. Will try another next time.

I usually get my pedicures here, sometimes manicures if going on vacation. Today, at 9:50 am I walk in and say I’m needing a pedicure- I sound sick but I’m fine (went to the doctor yesterday) I wanted something a pedicure to relax. She sits me in the waiting area, actually I had to ask her where do I go, wasn’t sure a chair or needed to wait. Less than 5 mins past a lady walks in saying she needs a pedicure, THEY SIT HER IN A CHAIR. I was flabbergasted. I got up and left. It’s always a hit or miss with this place, more misses than not. There’s an amazing place in Odessa I’ll be making the trip to from now on.

Got a wax and it burned so bad on the side she started with… she said “it’s ok cool down” when she ripped it off I felt like my skin went with it too… when she finished I looked in the mirror and noticed a red spot and at that time it looked like my skin did come off but it was puffy like a 2nd degree burn. Now my eyebrow burns and can’t do my makeup… it’s been more than 24hrs with ointment and ice for the burning
