Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI walked in I was given a list of prices for the mani/pedi for gel. I sat down in the massage chair and it was filthy. Against my better judgement I stayed. I should have ran out of there. They have me a laminated sheet with the prices of pedicures. The one I wanted was 39.00. When I told the employee that she was rude and began to speak to her co-worker in their language. Clearly she was NOT happy. She then changes the price for gel and tells me it would be 43. I informed her I would just get regular polish. I opted to get gel on my finger nails. The place was filthy. They didn’t even clean the nail equipment. The gel machines were covered with filth. O kept my nails off the bottom of the machine the entire time. I asked for a Christmas tree and a candy cane. It was so horrible looking I had to have her change it. There was nail polish all over my hands from carelessness. When I was given the bill both prices had changed and I was charged 73 dollars. The nail polish on my toes had smeared before I even walked out. A day later the gel nail polish chipped. I will never go back there. You would think cleanliness would be a priority. Not in the place. Horrible experience!!! Waste of my money! Didn’t last one day before gel on my finger nails chipped. I walked in I was given a list of prices for the mani/pedi for gel. I sat down in the massage chair and it was filthy. Against my better judgement I stayed. I should have ran out of there. Sara greeted me warmly as I was selecting a color for my manicure.This was the best manicure I have had in two years! I used to go to the mall but the price went up drastically as the quality went down.Sara was very careful and did an excellent job on my cuticles and hangnails. It was the first time in a long time that I wasn’t cut or abraded by the drill or nail file!I love my manicure and was more than happy with my experience here. I will definitely be back!PS I got an amazing back and neck massage while I was having my nails done. Critical: Professionalism, ValueThe guy in the first seat is completely disrespectful and rude.. Completely unprofessional. Mine & my daughters lashes were falling off by the next day. I was able to get them fixed but they kept telling to call and go back for my daughters to be fixed. 3 times I went back, called a few times too and kept being told they were too busy. The day they attempted to fit my daughter in, I couldn’t leave work. Called them and told them, the guy in the first seat, thought it was ok to hung up on me. Not once but twice. I got in my car and took my daughter to them. I felt extremely disrespected and very upset. He had the nerves to tell me that I had to pay for a fill… and said they have the prices for refills from 1 to 14days for $55. I literally had just spent $265 including tip. They are definitely not worth the price. I highly suggest you save your money and go elsewhere. I was even willing to pay half, and they had the ordasity to tell me it was gonna be $45. Are they crazy! Please save you time and hard earned money. They definitely don’t care for providing quality service.
