My mother came in for a small spot of skin cancer on her leg. Instead of cutting it out and stitching it Dr. Thomas did 6 weeks of radiation on it in September. As of right now she still has a hole in her leg that will not heal. Trips to the ER, infections and being treated by home care wound specialists and it still will not heal!!! The constant pain she is in is so horrible!!! She is going to have to be admitted in the wound treatment facility at the hospital. Every time she calls or sees Dr Thomas And his nurses they fluff her off like she’s fine and there’s nothing wrong with her leg or there’s nothing they can do for her. We will be contacting a lawyer. I’m disappointed with the horrible treatment they’ve given her!!! He charged insurance company 10k for radiation instead of the much cheaper price of having it cut out and removed. What was the size of a dime is now a hole the size of a quarter. She was a patient for so many years i can’t believe they’ve treated her like this. Ignore the one star it should be zero!!!!!

Kim has been wonderful throughout my child’s acne treatment. I have been most impressed by her professionalism and vested interest in helping my child get better emotionally and physically. I must also commend the office staff as well. Juliet is not only well-organized, but also extremely patient and compassionate. My initial experience was a very pleasant one but that was short lived. It became a total nightmare when dealing with Juanita from billing. She is the MOST insensitive billing person I’ve ever dealt with. Due to lack of communication with the other employees I’m having to pay a bill that was not consistent with what I verbally agreed to and was told. Get EVERYTHING in writing because she will unjustly process bills with no mercy to financial hardship. I will be going elsewhere. I can not afford their mistakes. LITERALLY! Worst yet everyone will turn a blind eye and not back you up KNOWING their mistake.

Absolutely hands down, the best experience in a doctors office we have ever had! Kimberly was so caring, and professional. After multiple visits with my daughters pediatrician, we decided to try taking my 1 year old to see a dermatologist. Multiple friends suggested middlesex dermatology to me. ONE day after I called, we had an appointment. Kimberly was so caring and phenomenal with my one year old. The office was clean, and so calming. The staff made us feel so welcomed and like we were the only patients there. There is no other dermatology group my family and I will ever use! Kimberly has personally checked on my daughter multiple times since our visit—-there are not enough stars to describe how much I love her!!

I had almost exclusively started boycotting going to the dermatologist because I almost never had a good experience. That was, until I went to see Kim. I have been to her now multiple times for various services, and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Her professionalism and knowledge are unrivaled, and she has the ability to make anyone feel comfortable – not to mention, she is the first person who has actually helped my skin. I have been struggling with acne and acne scarring for years, and she started me on a regime of the PRP treatments. The results have been significant, and I owe it all to Kim. I can’t say enough about my experience with Middlesex Dermatology and Kim Boldon APRN. I haven’t always felt heard when going to a new place with my skin conditions and carry a lot of fear but I was instantly put at ease and heard, we talked about multiple options and was given current and new approaches. I have renewed confidence in my treatment plan and feel like I’m already improving in less than 2 months of my 1st appointment. The office is warm and inviting and everyone was so nice. What a cute, clean, and comfortable office! I appreciate the little things – the parking lot, the nice smell, the trendy waiting room! But I highly recommend Kim because of how great she is – not just because of the atmosphere! I was nervous to get a mole removed and tested. She was so kind and calm. The procedure was quick and painless. She will be my go-to skin care expert from here on out!!!
