thank you for making me feel so very low, like I can not afford to come and “get your services” . you have just today on your free tan day stated you will not let me get the ambasitor tanning pass because of my account not “being kept up” when in fact I spoke to your boss lady and explained the medical condition as to why I was unable to keep up with tanning, you never once offered me the $5 a month to freeze for up to 6 months and you charged me over $80 a month for this device , so no now I will not be telling people it’s a great place instead I will give the the true experience I have had with you. I am ashamed to have even tried with this business if you treat your customers like this ….. shame on you, you have lost a very dedicated customer.
