I walked in and when greeted, I requested eyebrow threading. Traditional threading takes 10-15 minutes but I was turned away as there were additional people ahead of me.

TERRIBLE Customer Service. I had an appointment and happen to be 10 minutes late. Raining outside and I drove across town, 30 minute drive. I get there only for the gate to be down but the lights on and music playing. I waited by the entrance with my young niece for Daisja to walk up 20 minutes later with food and drink in her hand. I even called mulitple times to try to let someone know I was running late. Nobody ever answers the phone. She greeted this other person first who just walked up and she took her first. I understand I was late, but I sat in the other chair for an additional 15 minutes while she serviced her before I made the decision to just walk out. I try my best to support black owned businesses, but I WILL NEVER be back here. I guess this is how we treat other black queens because she definitely serviced the white lady first. And the fact that I have a vacation and birthday coming up, I will still take my business elsewhere. SAD and very DISAPPOINTIG because I don’t cause anybody problems or drama, exactly why I just walked out. And the fact that her friend was talking the whole time and cussing while she was doing the other lady was very unprofessional. Do better. I was just getting a simple eyebrow wax, but the lady she took first was getting her whole face done. After sitting there after already standing outside then having to listen to this girl talk all loud about some story about hair glue, I WAS OVER IT. At this point, I don’t even want you to touch my face.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI had gotten my microblading done here by a student. She was very sweet and actually did an amazing job. She kept following up with me and said she had to find a place to do my touch up. I haven’t heard from her to do my touch up, but I don’t understand why this place would have a student do a microblading session and not make sure they can do the touch up there or have the ability to make sure it’s done. So now my microblading that I went through feels pointless and all for nothing. I had gotten my microblading done here by a student. She was very sweet and actually did an amazing job. She kept following up with me and said she had to find a place to do my touch up. I haven’t heard from her to do my touch up, but I don’t understand why this place would have a student do a microblading session and not make sure they can do the touch up there or have the ability to make sure it’s done. I came & got two touch ups, one was more thicker than the other after the second touch up and was told they would fix it when they heal but not charge me the full $100 .. which not sure why they would charge me again anyways if they did one thicker than the other?? So after two touch ups letting them heal it’s been 4 months now and my brows look like I have left over makeup product on it not hair like strokes. My boyfriend asked me why am I still drawing my brows on…. waste of money & VERY disappointed. The staff was very friendly I’ll give you that and the owner was very nice.

I was able to make a last minute appointment. there was some confusion and waiting, but ultimately my wax/tint turned out amazingly! I’m blonde and tinting my brows can be easily botched.. but my artist nailed it! She not only waxed, but asked me if threading on top of that was okay with me and she spent a ton of time meticulously making my brows absolutely perfect. Plus, this is the least I have ever paid for a wax/tint combo!

He is great at what he does, and the whole experience was professional and enjoyable. The new salon is gorgeous. Don’t hesitate to book an appointment, you won’t be disappointed!

I love this place . First of all , it’s clean and very welcoming. It smells good , has good music playing and refreshments upon entrance . You’re greeted and signed in . DL did my brows , and also did my touch up a month later . He’s very nice , professional and great with his work . I love my brows , no complaints . I support black business , I’m happy to have found a black nail tech , a black hair stylist and now a black microblading artist . Today , I’ve returned for minks. They were running a bit behind so I decided to get my brows threaded since I’ll be going on vacation soon for my bday . I preceded to pay and she tells me they’re on the house / complimentary for the wait . That’s so sweet I love the effort ! Thanks for everything . I recommend and refer people all the time !
