Mick’s is a fourth generation barber shop located on Main Street in Honesdale, Pennsylvania.We are appointment preferred but walk-ins are welcomed and subject to availability. We specialize in traditional and modern barbering techniques for men, women, and children in a clean, welcoming, and classic atmosphere. We are LGBTQ-friendly and a Transgender Safe Space. We are accessible for people with disabilities, and sensory issue experienced.

I love going to Mick’s whenever I visit NEPA. Her shop manages to have the classic generational barbershop feel while maintaining modern conveniences like online reservations. I took my son for his first haircut and she was extremely patient and kind with him. You can tell that decades of experience go a long way in providing the best possible service.

MRS Young I must say what a piece of work you are that 1 star was horrible and why I say that is because my son and I where there and not only was your son screaming for 15 min straight and clearly not allowing them to cut his hair he then vomited all over the place stunk out the whole store and you where mad at them. I would have thrown you out the minute he was in his rage. Shame on you for leaving that review there is no one more caring then Mick when it comes to children. My son only allows them to cut his hair. And for good reason

I wish there was a lower rating than one. I have NEVER been so disappointed in a place before. Don’t falsely claim to be a child friendly barber then be so ignorant on child behavior. The owner was so rude about my son (2 years old) crying in fear. Continued with the cut totally unprofessional and inexperienced. Over stressed my toddler to the point of becoming sick then having no sympathy for him. Stating “your cleaning and paying for all damaged towels” keep your $5 towels you inconsiderate p!!k.

Excellent place for a fellow to have a cut or perhaps a hot shave. Ladies cuts are welcome here too. A very relaxed environment with some classic oldies playing from the 40s, 50s, and 60s. Mick and crew never disappoint. The only spot for me.
