Had an high expectations of highlights but after almost 1 hr waiting and 3hrs service, my family said I looked like having aged 10years. 2days later, I had a second session with hope of getting it corrected but ended up going back to my original hair color (no highlights effects at all). 2trips, 7hrs of sitting for $250 and basically nothing was done to my hair. They offered 30%off ,so I got $72 refund. Honestly I think at least 50% refund is more reasonable.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityHmmm I’m a little bit late to posting this review but I popped into town this summer (from Chicago) and I usually don’t feel comfortable getting my hair done period but I decided to get a hair cut because it was too long that I felt a little self conscious. I got my hair done and I didn’t cry afterwards ! (Which is good for me) I was very happy with the result. She also curled it (don’t know if it was extra though) I got a last minute appointment but luckily they were able to get me in. Very on time and my hair turned out amazing. I felt like a million bucks and I would love to get my hair done again here. I forgot the name of the kind lady that did my hair but she definitely has a magic touch. Hmmm I’m a little bit late to posting this review but I popped into town this summer (from Chicago) and I usually don’t feel comfortable getting my hair done period but I decided to get a hair cut because it was too long that I felt a little self conscious. First time coming to Jun Hair Salon, and I had a wonderful experience. Went in to get a men’s haircut. When I arrived, I was greeted and was asked to wait for the hairstylist. My hairstylist was Reina, she came and greeted me and took my temperature. Reina, was really kind and truly a professional. She made me feel welcomed and happy to be there. She took her time, and gave a wonderful experience with the haircut service. I definitely recommend Jun Hair Salon and the hairstylist Reina. I will definitely come-back. I also noticed that the hair salon takes every precaution for you health, and saftey.

Worse than Super Cut. I had my daughter’s hair cut here. I expected Japaanese full service, but got very poor service. This ladey spent only 30 min for whole process, shampoo, cut and blow dry. Shampoo was less than 5 min and my daughter came out of the shampoo with wet hair, dripping not even a towl was put on. I asked the lady “same sytle, but shorter and lighter” in Japanese. But I do not think she understood because my daugther’s sytle was changed completely. I did not asked for the layers, but the lady cut the layers without even asking me. All my friends agree cut is so poor. And they charged $43 for that poor service.
