MI Sauna started as a vision in 2018 to spread the appreciation of and to share the Sauna Culture in North America. Growing up in Traverse City, our founder Daniel Sarya was raised to have pride of his Finnish heritage. With MI Sauna you can book a community sauna session, book all 6 sessions for a private experience, or rent the Mobile Sauna for your own private event.

We had SUCH an incredible experience here! The owner is so knowledgeable and is fantastic at aiding his guests to have the best experience possible. It was a lot of fun getting a mixed group and sharing our sauna experiences. Going from the hottest sauna ever to an ice-cold Lake Michigan was a memorable experience to say the least! My husband is absolutely hooked on saunas now and can’t wait for us to get our own soon!

My only Sauna experience was going to the YMCA. Little did I know that I was missing out on the true sauna experience. With temperatures above 200 degrees, my body was releasing toxins that made my skin and body feel great for days. Sweating in the heat, great conversations with people I had never met before and then submersion into a tub filled with ice. Thank you Dr Dan for showing me a true Finnish sauna experience. I will be back!
