Miche was wonderful. Best massage I’ve ever had! From the time I arrived to the moment I left, she was warm, positive and really listened to what I was needing. I have arthritis in my shoulder and after explaining my range of motion problems and pain level, she went to work releasing the muscles surrounding the joint. The entire time, she asked if I was an any pain and explained what and why she was manipulating a certain muscle or tendon. She also gave suggestions on what to do at home to help relieve my pain. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
