I chose this salon after reading the reviews on google and facebook. I have gone to see Netta every two weeks for a couple months now and love how my nails are every time. I am super picky about my nails and would 100% recommend Netta to anyone. The booking process, payment, appointments are all easy and convenient but what sold me is the atmosphere. The whole staff makes you feel welcome and it is by far one of the most friendly, relaxed and fun salons I’ve been to.

This was my first time and probably my last time going here . I understand people have other things to get done / want to enjoy their weekend ( as do I ) but when someone’s paying for a service it shouldn’t be rushed . My nails aren’t absolutely horrible but they definitely could have looked better . ( there’s pieces of lint in them , it’s not smooth on my ring & index fingers and to be honest I could have done this at home ) Money , I’m not tripping over I can make that back but it was a waste of my time more than anything. If you’re looking for a #blackownednailsalon in Florence Sc that does awesome nails with great service “ pinky promise “ is a good one over on south irby street .

I am visting family and I needed a mani and pedi and my first choice is always black owned. So exciting to have located this gem, great service, friendly staff and relaxed vibe! My only suggestion is better advertising in social media it is the way to go. I travel and live in many states and social media is the first place I look for black owned IG and yelp are my first choices when looking. If you support black owned and small business check this place out they won’t disappoint. I have dip on my nails and gel on my toes, price is reasonable and customer service top notch!!

I was in Florence from NC for a day procedure with my mother and decided to get pampered while I waited on her. I found this gem via google. EXCELLENT service provided by gracious and professional staff. Netta blessed these feet and Michelle blessed my hands. I came in as a walk-in and even though they ALL had appointments scheduled, they still worked me in and did not make me feel like it was an inconvenience. 10 out of 10…highly recommend.
