Positive: Cleanliness, QualityI’m a little embarrassed I’m just now writing a review but my 4 year old daughter and I came here a few days before Christmas. We didn’t have an appointment but we made really good timing because there’s was no one there. As soon as we walk in we were greeted, they put on a movie for my daughter and treated her like a little princess as well as myself lol. The shop was very clean and everyone was nice. I got an acrylic manicure and my nails came out beautiful as well as my daughter’s who got a gel polish manicure. I’m a little embarrassed I’m just now writing a review but my 4 year old daughter and I came here a few days before Christmas. We didn’t have an appointment but we made really good timing because there’s was no one there. As soon as we walk in we were greeted, they put on a movie for my daughter and treated her like a little princess as well as myself lol. The shop was very clean and everyone was nice. She is upgrading it and it’s coming together so nice!Ever since I started seeing Jen she’s done an amazing job on my nails! She always does exactly what I want and she knows what’s on trend so when it comes to picking colors she’s always spot on with me!She just got new colors in gel and powder in, so everything thing is new and up to date!! I had been going here for eyebrow wax and manis since a teenager and this year under new management, they have completely updated and glammed up the spot with new equipment and great new products and brand to do nail art with. The massage chairs are powerful and heavenly to sit in. They’re usually playing good music or got a good movie or entertainment on depending on the crowd. Super friendly for kids, the family and emotional support animals. Jennifer, one of the owners(Co-owns with Mother who is also works there), does amazing acrylic nail art, she is very detail oriented, careful, and with the good products she uses and application, the nails actually stay and last for a however long I decide to kee them. The pedicures are divine, they even have a rose with milk bath with paraffin wax after and then some. This business has been open for as long as I can remember and I am from the neighborhood. I had been going here for eyebrow wax and manis since a teenager and this year under new management, they have completely updated and glammed up the spot with new equipment and great new products and brand to do nail art with. Critical: QualityI went in as a first time customer needing a full. I got a basic fill and I had one broken nail. I got the cat eye paint nothing extra, nothing special something any nail shop should be able to deliver on. Five days after my nails were done they begin to lift, the pinky first, now seven days later I have been gluing down at least five of my nails on my hands. Very poor quality and way too much money for a fill she first said 45 and then because I got cat Eye paint no design just a cat I design that it would be $55 for a fill! They did not even last two weeks I will never come back to this establishment. I should have known seeing as though there wasn’t many people in there but I just needed my nails filled so I just thought that should not be too hard. 9 days and I need my nails done BEWARE.Services: Gel manicures, Nail art, Acrylic nailsI went in as a first time customer needing a full.
