The owner was rude to me when it was my turn after I patiently waited two hours for service. I only got a manicure but her body language spoke a thousand words like she didn’t want to do my nails. She forgot to file my nails and I mentioned it to her so she can file them and she argued back and forth with me. I couldn’t believe she was lying. I didn’t want her to buff my nails with the machine. I already have soft nails. I told her to use the soft file not metal machine. I brought my own polish. My nails came out nice but her attitude was rude. Some people take advantage of the community they serve because they been in that location for so long and don’t appreciate their customers. The place is really small. The chemical smell is really strong. Expect to wait up to two hours if you’re not lucky to be served right away. The place is a bit unorganized. I didn’t have a problem with the other staff. Just the owner like i was wasting her time on a just a manicure. Sorry i don’t want to wear fake nails. She treated me like my nails belong to her if I didn’t speak up for myself. Im sure she wouldn’t be rough on her own nails. She didn’t massage my hands or oil them. Just rushed. I don’t usually go here just been here a few times. Glad there are other options out there for me to choose. Update: the next two days my nail polish started to chip.

I’ve been going to this place since I was a teenager. They used to have great talent with low prices. Now, they just do not care. This is what I was left with after going in to get my pedicure and refill with gel polish to my finger nails. I went in on a Tuesday, went back on a Thursday because the gel polish started peeling, which I’ve never seen happen in my entire life. Nina was so lazy that she just slapped more polish on top and didn’t fix anything.. this is what I’m left with this Sunday. I have to get my nails done somewhere else and pay more money. The pedicure stations are amazing but the nails techs all suck!!

They are horrible I would not spend a penny on them ever again they messed up my nails and when I asked if they can fix it and put the nail polish on each nail they refuse to do it do not go there do not waste your money it is not worth it

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe workers in the salon didn’t have masks on and we’re lying down in various corners of the shop. When I tried to show the lady who was doing my nails a picture of what I wanted, she completely ignored my request and told me “pick color quickly “ and placed the colors in front of me. As she was doing my nails she did not shape my nails and I had to come back and ask her to shape them the polish was messy, and and as she was doing my nails she coughed into her hand and didn’t clean them. They did an ok job. They have extremely poor customer service not friendly in any way and so rude. If you want to do your nails on a budget I would suggest here but just be ready to be annoyed and uncomfortable. If you can ignore the rudeness then no problem book with them. Gel manicures, Pedicure

I would not recommend this place for mani & pedi. They did my nails wrong the rushed to try and get done fast I wanted blue they put white. They were talking the whole time no mask. BESTTT place for eyebrows but I would never recommend this place for nails. Unless you’re looking for something decent, cheap and quick then sure but for quality I wouldn’t recommend. I used to get my lashes done here when I was younger and my natural lashes fell out, partially my fault but also because of w.e they use to install the lashes.
