All the nail techs here is very friendly. Their work is the best that I have found for the area. I’m continuing to go back to them, which says a lot for me because I’m very picky about how my nails look. I’ve had no lifting with any of my nails. Every other salon I’ve been to within a week I’m missing a few of the nails. Not with Michelle’s nail spa. They use quality products.

One of the worst pedicure experiences ever. How do you leave unsatisfied and there wasn’t anything he could do. 20 plus minutes to dry my feet and left them still not dry and no top coat and big toe smudge just from seating there.

My cousin and I went in here to have pedicures done and my nails done too. She got the $35 pedicure and I got the $65 pedicure. My pedicure was done before hers was done, so i go to another chair to get my nails done. my nails were done before she was done with her $35 pedicure. If I got the more expensive one with more things added I should’ve gotten better service and it should of taken longer. I never got the massage, or the oil at the end, he was quick with my painting of my nails and toes. The polish doesn’t go to the edge of my toes and nails. You can still see my nails. Instead of all glitter like I wanted he put a solid color on my nails then a thin glitter. he was quick with everything. $95 and I still waited 15 minutes for her to get her $35 pedicure done. My nails look good but I probably won’t go back for the quality of service I got.

The young man that did nails was very nice and did a good job. A couple things tho..give your customers time to pick their colors. Stop rushing them as soon as theyhit the door. Also, it’s extremely rude to carry on amongst yourselves in your native tongue, ignoring your customers. Aside from that there are some very nice people here & they do a good job.

Staff is nice. But I got a toe polish change (no pedicure) and I told them to take the gel nails off (no manicure just takeoff) and they charged me $30. Seemed like they just made up price and they told me they only took cash so I had to pay an extra atm fee. I can’t see that costing 30 honestly. Doesn’t seem honest.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueVERY UNSANITARY AND RUDE! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I’ve been here three times within my 5 years of living in Racine. The first time it wasn’t bad and pretty clean. I returned here on October 21st 2021 for a basic set. for starters, there are SO many nail tips on the ground around the entrance. I was a walk in and as I waited I observed multiple of the artists not properly cleaning their workspace between clients and taking their towels they use on the table UNDER A CLIENTS HANDS scrunch them up and open the front door to the salon and SHAKE THE TOWEL OFF INFRONT OF THE BUSINESS once they finished with that person. Which is why I assume so many nail tips outside.. I requested a almond shape with a solid color and my nails all came out so very uneven and crooked. The man doing my nails cut 3 of my fingers being so rough, he got angry and started talking ish in Chinese when I tried to show him while doing my nails, that my nails were not even. He was refusing to do what I asked and kept insisting to me it was indeed what I asked for, even after many attempts of me trying to tell him that wasn’t what I wanted. He left waaay to much acrylic on my finger my nails looked just awful. And he tried to charge me 75$ for a basic set when their poster in the salon says 40$ and up.. I didn’t get any designs or extra length, just basic set with polish. He left my nails so messed up looking and uneven I absolutely hated them and had to go elsewhere to get them fixed. If I could give this place negative stars and report to the Health dept I definitely would, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
