Critical: Professionalism, PunctualitySo I went here two weeks ago to get 8 feed in lemonade braids to the side at 9:30 and didn’t leave until 1:30 (had missed 2 other appointments) because she was busy stopping going in and out to the shop for food, going to the hair store for other clients and I set there without a word or complaining and she told me then for my inconvenience she would do my hair for free the next time I came. So I went back today and before coming yesterday I called and told her who I was and what I was getting and she said ok get 4 packs of hair. Again I called this morning before coming in and told her who I was and about her saying my hair was free and she said ok come on I open at 9:30. When I got there at 9:30 I had to wait bc the lights was cut off due to her not paying the bill so that was another waiting period where she pushed me off on another lady in the shop and told her to do my hair around 11 (2 hours later)! So the lady that did my hair did a wonderful job and then told me to go up under the drawer and was asking me to pay and I begin telling her that this was free and why it was free so she got Michelle to see what was going on and Michelle then said to me that she did not say that and then once I remind her she said o no two braids or 3 braids was free not the style I got because it was originally 120! THIS IS BAS BUSINESS BC SHE WASTED MY TIME TWICE and then she didn’t even tell the lady who did my hair nothing was going on I was ended up paying the lady bc it wasn’t worth it but I don’t recommend this shop and I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism she has show not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES! So I went here two weeks ago to get 8 feed in lemonade braids to the side at 9:30 and didn’t leave until 1:30 (had missed 2 other appointments) because she was busy stopping going in and out to the shop for food, going to the hair store for other clients and I set there without a word or complaining and she told me then for my inconvenience she would do my hair for free the next time I came.
