Critical: QualityDO NOT use!!!! She burned my hair off down to the scalp during a bleaching session. I assumed because she was licensed she knew what she was doing. A piece of paper obviously means nothing now days. She burned my actual scalp!! Think twice before getting your hair done by her!!!
