Michelle is an extremely talented stylist. I’ve tried countless other stylists in the area and Michelle is always very thoughtful at what she does. She’s great at listening to what I need to get done and executes it perfectly. I’ve seen her consistently now for the last three years and even though I’ve cycled through different hair styles, she always accommodates. The salon has now moved to the back– but nothing has changed in the quality of cut, color and blow-outs I get from her.

I had been seeing the same hairdresser for years in Mountain View and was happy, but one day could not get an appointment. I happened to come across Michelle Rim and what a difference. She was very patient, listened intently to exactly what I needed in preparation for my presentation the next day, and was so thoughtful in understanding how my hair grows in different directions and which sides should be cut differently to achieve a more symmetrical look. I always need a professional and clean hair cut for my profession. This was a picture taken of me a couple weeks after my most recent hair cut and still looks good for the job.
