Honey was the BEST! She was highly recommended by my niece. Not only did she really know how to shape and fill but her nail design was over the top… the best I’ve ever had and IVE been getting my nails done for over 20 years! This nail salon is tops! I have been seeing my nail tech for years and I absolutely love the work she does, however because she’s so good it’s very hard to get an apt with her so I had finally got a scheduled appointment and when I got to the salon was told they erased my name when I had booked this apt well in advance. The front desk offered to have another tech do my nails however I am not happy with how certain techs work turns out so I had to reschedule my apt for a weekday which is inconvenient due to my work schedule. How is it professional to cancel someone’s apt when they were not the one to cancel? I feel like there should have been an accommodation made but instead I now have to wait even longer to get my nails done and won’t be able to have them done for the holiday as planned. Not very pleased with the outcome.

When this nail salon first opened up I went and tried it to be honest sometimes 1 person behavior is a turn off so I stop going. I went back today because I was given a card as a birthday gift but what a pleasure it was to meet a young lady who treated me with so much kindness. I have health conditions in my leg she was so so gental that it was such a pleasure her name is Susu and I give her 5 stars now I like this nail salon to be a place where I know I will get excellent service and will fully recommend.
