Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been going to this place for as long as I can remember. They’re all very nice people and Casper is very sweet. I love going here a lot. I’ve only had one experience where my shellac peeled early, but that’s because I was rushing to get my nails out of the light and pulled them out early. They’re usually a few minutes later than what me and my group have scheduled, but we never wait for more than 10 minutes tops. My grandma loves Christina, and she does an amazing job when she does my eyebrow waxing. My aunt used to get white tips put on, and the only trouble she had was them turning yellow over time. I’ve been going to this place for as long as I can remember. They’re all very nice people and Casper is very sweet. I love going here a lot. I’ve only had one experience where my shellac peeled early, but that’s because I was rushing to get my nails out of the light and pulled them out early. They’re usually a few minutes later than what me and my group have scheduled, but we never wait for more than 10 minutes tops. Critical: Cleanliness, PunctualityThe sanitization process between clients was non existent, it was packed to the point of no seating (it was clear they were double booking), I had to wait 30 minutes even though I was on time and the nails I got were just okay even though they were quite simple. I would normally give this place three stars but because the lack of cleanliness, especially during a pandemic, they get one. My nail tech handled money then immediately started on my nails and the station I was sat at was dirty with everything covered in nail dust. People had to wear masks which is great but it just wasn’t clean. The sanitization process between clients was non existent, it was packed to the point of no seating (it was clear they were double booking), I had to wait 30 minutes even though I was on time and the nails I got were just okay even though they were quite simple.
