very unfriendly. This morning, I walked in the store @10:00am. The haircut told me there are one or two customers coming soon I have to wait for one and half hours. I told her I can wait at the store. She wouldn’t allow me and asked me to call after 11:30. Then I asked her if I can make an appointment. She said no. How can others be able to make appointment not me? It didn’t make sense.
