Clients Please Read: *Please arrive 5-10mins early so we can stay on schedule. *Please text me when you arrive. *Cancelled appointments with less than 6 hrs will result in a 100% fee NO EXCEPTIONS!! *NO SHOWS- Will be required to pay a rebooking fee of 100% of that missed service. Must be paid before any new appointments will be accepted. *Late Clients- If you are late to your scheduled appointment we will need to reschedule or forgo some services. Rebooking fees may apply. *Children-Please leave your little ones at home unless they are getting a service. *REDO Policy- If you are unhappy with your hair you have 48 hours to contact me. Color clients will be subjected to additional cost of color if they change their mind on original color.

Michelle always has great ideas!! I started going to Michelle when I moved to ankeny and needed my hair cut. I just send her a couple ideas and she comes up with the best looks! Most recently, I just asked her to do whatever she wanted, it had been a year since I went in. She came up with a style and a color idea that I ended up loving and that I get so many compliments on!
