The service was awesome today my 1st visit and Mia served me. She was very professional. Make sure you check them out and service was fast enough. I have had bad experiences at other nail shops here in Massachusetts but this one was the best so far. They really take initiative when I came with the difficult request is why they are the best. The only shop I will continue to visit when in Massachusetts.

Make sure you make them say the price before you even start. Otherwise they will do terrible work and up charge you. As I was getting my nails done someone came in asking the price multiple times and they wouldn’t answer and told them to pick a color. They made me pay 110 for a gel pedicure and gel SHORT full set both all white, basic. Not only that but I asked the lady to fix my nail before she finished and she didn’t then had the nerve to say it cost 110. I have no problem paying for quality. But this place definitely isn’t it. I could’ve gotten my nails done at Diva Nail Bar on Washington st in Dorchester the same way for $90 and they would’ve look sharper, I wouldn’t have had to tell her to fix it and they would last. Never pay over $80 at a chop shop!!!!

Just don’t … my nails look terrible .. I got home a really looked at them and i do a better job .. Im a liscened nail technician and it’s takes me a little longer to do my nails but I’d rather do them myself .. I’d never been more irritated .. I don’t usually put anything negative on anything . But the entire process was rushed .. and my nails look so sloppy and unprofessional. And I paid 60$ For a full set I have to fix myself sooo I’m beyond irritated ..

If you look like you have money to blow they’ll overcharge you for everything. Last time I went it was $80 for a removal, acrylic gel full set and nail design. Yet somehow today it was ALSO $80 just for a gel acrylic full set? If you decide to go here, don’t bring a designer bag or dress like you’re rich. MAYBE then you’ll get charged appropriately.

I asked for a new set and to get my old ones taken off I told her that I had a hole in my nail when she was done and a split on my thumb and she told me no come back tomorrow then I called to speak to the owner about what happen and they told me that I didn’t have a hole and hung up on me I have been going there for months the last couple of times I’ve been has been a Terrible experience
