I went to Michael’s on a recommendation. I won’t say which Stylist I had to save face. I asked for my hair to be layered because it was too heavy so I could style it forward. They cut my hair putting in layers and as they were styling they were blowing it back, away from my face. I asked them to change it and then they started texturing my hair and I could tell things were going from bad to worse so I told them to stop. They did stop and told me it would be free of charge because I was unhappy. I left and was in tears by the time I got to my car

Back in January, I had made plans to get my hair colored for the very first time at a different salon. Fortunately, the lady cancelled on me the day of the appointment and I was redirected to Michael’s. I was placed in the talented and caring hands of Weston, who has done nothing but wonderful and beautiful things to my hair. I have very long hair that a lot of stylists would not have the patience for, but Weston constantly compliments my locks as he works his magic. I absolutely recommend this salon and Weston for whatever your hair needs may be.

Critical: QualityI was very disappointed with my haircut. I had my hair done with Kristel (not sure with the name because I think there were two Kris in the salon) A few days after my haircut, my partner noticed that it wasnt cut evenly and it really needs some fixing. I called them and went back to do so. All the staff were all friendly including the stylist but to cost me 55 dollars for this kind of haircut is not worth it at all. I never really wanted to write about this but as the days go by, I have observed that it was really a horrible haircut even after she fixed it. I was very disappointed with my haircut. I had my hair done with Kristel (not sure with the name because I think there were two Kris in the salon) A few days after my haircut, my partner noticed that it wasnt cut evenly and it really needs some fixing. Was a secret shopper in the past, maid an appointment on line . When I got there I waited for a while just to be told that the person I had the appointment with was not going to be able to take me .instead I get the owners son who has clearly no experience. Right away they said my hair was too damaged and they couldn’t help me any further . I have to say I am very grateful in a way that they suck. Because I found a fabulous place called Tou Lou . They are fantastic and Michael could learn a lot from them.
