I am a new client here & my first experience was absolutely amazing. You can tell the staff deeply care about their work and taking care of the client. Michael is a true artist. He cut my hair like it was absolutely nothing to it. And it came out so beautiful. I have curly hair and am pretty used to sitting down with the stylist to describe exactly what I’m looking to achieve. With Michael, it was like he read my mind. My daughter wanted to have layers in her long hair. She showed the picture of the hair style to Michael and asked if it would look good on her. He said yes and cut her hair exactly the way that she wanted. After Michaele cut her hair , Vitoria blew dry and styled her hair and shared some tips about how to take care of her hair at home. Both Michael and Vitoria were cordial, experienced and professional. My daughter was extremely happy about her hair cut.

Got 3 inches chopped off after saying I didn’t want any length taken off – in fact I had scheduled a split end mender not a trim – but the woman did not understand English and cut away. I asked what she was doing and she promised only a little was being cut…nope. She was nice but that doesn’t excuse the fact that she took off three years of hard work to grow my hair. The owner or manager who had been helping translate left before my appointment was done because it was close to closing.
