Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMichael is truly amazing. This was my 2nd time doing my nails here. Not only does he take his time but he’s also very nice and dose amazing nails.I came in 30 mins before closing and they did my pedicure and full set. Also they took there time and didn’t try and Rush me out the door. Plus the prices are very reasonable. Michael is truly amazing. This was my 2nd time doing my nails here. Not only does he take his time but he’s also very nice and dose amazing nails.I came in 30 mins before closing and they did my pedicure and full set. Also they took there time and didn’t try and Rush me out the door. Plus the prices are very reasonable. I plan to continue going here.

Critical: QualityWent in Friday to get a brand new full set and while yes they were beautiful the VERY NEXT DAY one broke off then 2 days later another due to the apex of the nail being too thin so we called hoping he would fix it right away NOPE! He told me he only has 2pm available to which I stated I could not do I live all the way in Lehigh which is over 40 minutes away and have kids to pick up I need this fixed he said he can only fix by appointment so next day (today) at 1 was at light and realized its 105 so called to tell them I’m right here to be told no he waited at one he is busy now I need to reschedule again. 1) I SHOULD NOT EVEN HAVE TO BE GOING BACK A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER 2) 5 minutes after should not warrant a cancellation if anything due to me having to come back due to their shotty work I should have definitely been given a grace period. I already had given them a second chance seeing as how the first visit the gel polish came off of my pedicure I let that ride didn’t say a word. Now I’m out $75 dollars (including tip) to have 8 nails this is the first time in about 4 years I went and treated myself. As a mother of 7 it is hard to spend money on me. This hurt me and upset me a lot as I didn’t even enjoy them for the party the next day that I got them done for . Don’t WASTE your money. Went in Friday to get a brand new full set and while yes they were beautiful the VERY NEXT DAY one broke off then 2 days later another due to the apex of the nail being too thin so we called hoping he would fix it right away NOPE!
