I’ve walked passed this place for years for decided to give it a try for a blow out in a convenient location. Staff lacked personality and was not welcoming. I felt like a burden and awkward. The service itself, was lackluster. The shampoo didn’t seem professional at all, the style I could have done myself. I wanted a round brush blowout and I got a straight, flat, boring style I could have done myself. Disappointed it wasn’t a fit and I’ll continue to drive out of my way for a more positive experience:

I had an awful experience at Michael Graham Salon in Downtown Naperville. I made an appointment online for a partial highlight last week- my appt. was scheduled for Monday 1/16, since that was my only day off of work. Sunday night I checked to make sure what time my appointment was since I did not receive a confirmation text, which was strange as I had signed up while making the appt. After logging in, I noticed that my appt. was switched to Wednesday 1/18 without my consent. I knew for a fact that I did not make this change, so I canceled and rebooked for 1/16 again- luckily I was able to find an appt.

I was looking for a quick and nice place to get my hair cut, not only was I able to get in that SAME day but the overall experience was phenomenal. Ashley cut my hair and I couldn’t ask for anyone better, she always made sure I was comfortable and asked if I had any allergies (which I do) and she made sure that the products she was using where going to be safe for me. Before my hair cut I had long unhealthy hair that was so damaged by the salon that had colored my hair 9 months prior. I wanted a change and i got what I asked for! I showed Ashley a few pictures and after looking at my hair and a few questions she immediately took my over to the washing station and told me what her plan was. I wanted to go shorter, three inches below my shoulder, and yet my hair was shorter than i may have pleased. my hair now is starting to grow out a little and still feels and looks absolutely amazing. After my mom had seen what an amazing job Ashley had done with my hair she booked an appointment a little less than a month ago and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. If i could i would tell all my friends and family to come here and get their hair done! hopefully i can get an appointment soon to get my hair colored! i can’t wait to see how well of a job that will be! overall an amazing salon and experience.

Chris cuts my hair and always discusses what my expectations are and he always delivers a great cut. The ladies that work the desk treat me like a queen. I went in for balayage & a haircut the first time, and most recently I went in for a full highlight, tone, blow dry & cut. Both times I went, I was seated right away. The team at Michael Graham did a wonderful job for my bridal party hair and makeup. I worked with Frankie and she was so patient with me during the trial process. I came in for several trials to help narrow down the style of hair and makeup for my wedding day. Everything turned out absolutely perfect! For a hot August day my hair stayed in place and my makeup stayed fresh looking all day. The bridal party all enjoyed working with the different stylists and loved their. hair. Overall the open concept of the salon was fun for us to all walk around and visit with each other while enjoying coffee and breakfast. Was a great experience!
