This woman is a total professional, listens to what clients want, gives helpful advice and feedback, and clearly knows what she’s doing! The salon is in a small space (it’s DC, so that’s to be expected) but they keep it organized and tidy, and they get good light from the windows so it’s not cramped or cluttered at all.Great staff, great experience! They took such great care of me for my recent appointment (and every single appointment I have had there for the last ten years+)! The online scheduling tool is so helpful to let you look at a range of dates and see what might work best for your schedule. So much better than a stressful call trying to listen to options and compare it to your schedule.My new hair cut was a massive transformation. We took off 12 inches of length (making hair donation to a kids wig non-profit) up from the middle of my back to now just barely grazing my shoulders. Wow the curls are loving the new short length and it is so easy to style. Really feeling like a rock star thanks the new look Collin gave me. I had a very professional, friendly and comfortable first visit and felt safe with the covid-19 precautions. Communication was superb. I want to thank Da for a fantastic haircut (I feel amazing) and what felt like a really flexible, easy going experience. Consuela gave THE BEST hair wash and head massage I’ve ever had, Toby was so kind and professional in communicating the details about the appointment. Regardless of all the above, at the end of the day, my hair feels and looks amazing. The salon is cute, clean and clearly amazing.
