It’s weird to put a bad review when I love my haircut but I will never go back! I had to most painful haircut of my life and I am not tender headed. My hair was pulled hard the entire time, comb scraping the skin on my head, fingers hitting my face and eyes, blow dryer hit my forehead. Unreal. The stylist didn’t ask how I wanted my hair styled, just did it. Didn’t speak the entire cut. I told her during that it hurt and she would say “sorry” and keep doing it. When I first sat in the chair she was violently combing and ripping my hair out even when I said “please stop, I feel like you’re pulling really hard.” She just keep doing it. At checkout, no one asked how the service was or if I wanted another appointment, just checked me out and said by. An unreal experience.

Jordan has been doing my hair for years and I always leave Michael Grace feeling fantastic. Awesome environment, welcoming peeps, and great service. And who can complain about mimosas right?

The salon is comfortable yet trendy. Everybody there was super friendly and welcoming. I just stopped by to make an appointment but Holly was able to squeeze me in immediately. She did a fantastic job taming my unruly frizzy mop of hair making me feel less like something that crawled out from the dryer lint trap and more human again! Already booked my next appointment!

I adore this place. I had a horrible experience at a chain and ended up with a wretchedly crooked cut even worse my hair is fine straight and long. I cried like a baby. A friend recommended this place. I met one of the most kind funny and talented people here. She has been my stylist ever since. I love my hair now. It is healthy long shiny and beautifully cut and she is the reason. The recommendation for this salon is one of the best things I have ever gotten.

My daughter (12) and I have been going since they opened we’ve had nothing but a great experiences. They salon has great atmosphere with a very “homey” feeling that I absolutely love. They have a great variety of my favorite Humble and Bumble products. The only direction I ever give is make me cute and every time Hillary does an amazing job, I always come out with a beautiful fresh look. I will never go anywhere else! Holly cut and colored my hair. I could not be any happier! I was hesitate as she is young, but was pleasantly surprised how talented she is! Very nice environment. Manager was also extremely nice. Just moved here for 6 months from Charleston SC. Salon made me feel at home. I will definitely have Holly do my hair again!

Brittnie did a fantastic job on my hair. Wonderful, friendly salon with great prices. Everyone is friendly and outgoing and you’re made to feel welcome from the time you walk in to the time you are finished. Brittnie impressed me by actually asking what I liked and didn’t like about my hair as this was my first time with her and no other stylist has ever taken the time to actually listen and then do exactly what I wanted with a few suggestions from her on how to make it better and she accomplished it.
