The stylists were very nice. My braider must have been new to braiding. It took almost 7 hours for Senegalese twists. It would’ve been longer but another lady came in and helped out sporadically. I paid an extra fee to add color and I ended up with 5 color braids. Even tho I made it clear before and during that I wanted color throughout. Here I am 1 1/2 weeks later and my real hair is coming out and the braids look like they’re 6 weeks old. They also used glue on the tips which made it look worse. It looked like a bunch of upside down Y’s that I couldn’t close. When I tried a piece of the y broke off. The ladies were really nice tho.

Went in For 6 braids, they don’t blow dry your hair or wash it then charge same price and hair look like it’s a month old already. She braided my hair in under a hour I should have known it was a mess,parts not straight, quality is horrible, did not even braid the braids down my back, some are slimmer than the others just a 60 dollar mess!!!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE, chick said her name was Dede, her chair all the way in the back.

I was actually very late, but with good communication with the stylist, I was able to keep my appointment and get my hair done. What’s so great is, it didn’t take them long at all. The chic who braided my hair kept stopping 10 mins at a time looking through her phone. Talking and laughing ridiculously loud. And the work she did on my head was very sloppy. This shop is lazy, rude, and very unprofessional…. most African shops are and they don’t appreciate your business. Imma stop patronizing them. American girls do hair/braid better anyway.
