JoAnn is an amazing facialist, a rare find. I’ve lived in NYC and Chicago for 6 years and I can say her work is better than what I was able to find when I lived there. She is truly and expert at what she does and she’s the only one I’ve met so far in Buffalo who actually makes use of all the new technologies in skincare like the red light therapy. I’m used to having to tell facialists about my skin, that it’s too sensitive for harsh exfoliants, etc. I never have to worry about having to explain anything to JoAnn, she knows more than most people do when it comes to personalized skincare/facials.
