I have been getting my lashes done by Mia for over two years now and I have been meaning to give a review for some time now. I started going to Mia when she was located off of Stevens Creek and I have followed her to the new Sunnyvale location. The first time I met Mia she flawlessly corrected another lash tech’s work and made me look stunning when I had no hope. Mia is more than just n eyelash technician but she also put her whole heart into her business. Mia teaches classes and certified students to become the best. Usually her students go on to become master lash artists. She takes pride in her students and her work. Mia also hosts a weekly podcast to talk about Lash Extensions and Permanent Makeup and she offers a lot of free educational information. Mia is very active in the community and she is very supportive to all artists and clients. She deserves nothing less than 5 stars, and you can tell that she loves what she does!

I met Mia in a lash group and contacted her about a last min appointment and she was able to fit me in!! I swear if I could afford to fly out to get my refills done by Mia i would!! While on a business trip my lashes did not stand up to the weather change as I am from Delaware. I met Mia in a lash group and contacted her about a last min appointment and she was able to fit me in!! I swear if I could afford to fly out to get my refills done by Mia i would!! Mia is old testament to the lash game. I had been getting my eyelashes done by her for the last 5 years until I moved and I don’t trust anyone else to touch my lashes but her. She is super detailed oriented and goals when it comes to a business owner. She trained me to become eyelash extension certified and its all because of her why I started my career. A lifelong friend and mentor you cant find people like this anymore. She really is amazing adheres to what you want. I will say to ALWAYS book your appointment with her before you leave because she is usually booked out. She always makes it happen for her loyal customers

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityBooked an appointment with Mia over two weeks in advanced and showed up for my appointment on 8/3/2020 and nobody was there. I called and was told they couldn’t see me because they forgot and went out of town. I was then contacted after the call and rescheduled for two days later on 8/5/2020 at 11:00 am. Again, no one was there, I was double-booked with another client for the same time, and eventually left. No call received to let me know anyone was running late. Nothing. I later called back on the same day a couple hours later and Mia mentioned we were scheduled at 9am, when the appointment we made was for 11:00am. In the midst of trying to converse, I was hung up on!I am very disappointed, would never come here again. Wasted my time and energy. Very unorganized and not at all respectful of others’ time. Would not recommend to anyone searching for decent customer service and communication and punctuality. Horrible customer service, rude, unethical, not apologetic, and to add to it, the lashes are not great. After 2 days I already start to shed. Would post a pic but I’ve learned over time Mia is spiteful!

Lash appointment only no walk in the owner drives for lyft and only makes appointments around her lyft schedule. Building is in back alley behind round table pizza. Go somewhere else.
