Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI’ve come here for years, always great service and super polite staff. But today was the reason I am not coming back. Had a decent massage, and when it came time for paying, this is where the fun began. They ran my Amex about 3-4 times, and couldn’t figure it out. They assumed it was the card, and asked for a different one. Gave them my chase. They ran that about 3-4 times. It took about 4 associates to try to figure this out (as another client was waiting), so they finally called someone else over the phone. I had my apps pulled up showing the 3-4 charges on each card. So once they FaceTimed the other girl (owner?) I showed her over FaceTime the multiple charges on my two cards. First thing she says is “That is not our spa”. OKAY LOL. She relented when I showed her the Amex app map of where the payment was completed. Silence on her end. So she finally guides her associates to attempt to reverse the charges they just racked up on my cards. This was a half an hour process. Finally (an extra hour of time, wasted because nobody speaks English or is able to work their point of sale), about 9 receipts print out and the girl says “have a good day”. So I get up and start to walk out. She stops me as says “tip?”. I ask where the main receipt is so I can put on a tip for the decent massage I got. I leave a generous tip and walk out telling her “Never again”. Spent another hour on the phone with my card companies reversing the damage they did. Watch your credit card if you come here. Unacceptable.
