It was my first time getting my hair braided. I was excited but nervous at the same time. Shy was the one who braided my hair. She explained in detail the process & guided me through everything I needed to have to recreate the look that I wanted. There was a beauty supply close by so I was able to purchase what I needed with no problem. Miami X salon accommodated my appointment which I made the day before. Shy was AMAZING with a soft touch. I highly recommend her & this salon for all your braiding needs. It was good to see multiple clients getting services done. I’ve gotten amazing feedback from my braids! Looking forward to doing them again with Shy!

Needed same day service for a wash and feed in braids. Salon staff was very communicative with the walk on times and i was able to get on by 5pm. Stylist Queen was on time for the service, washed my hair and styled my 6 feed in all under 2.5 hours. Will recommend 100% for walk on services once you’ve communicated with the staff for any services. Will be back in 2 weeks !

I came to Miami x after reading there reviews on Google and decided to book a wash and silk press from a nice lady name Larria. She was wonderful, nice and very gentle with my hair. She also educated me on taking better care of my hair. The shop was clean and had a earth warming atmosphere. I definitely recommend this salon and I will be coming back.

I had my hair done at this business on Sunday, December 4th. My braider was there (no waiting), efficient ( I love my hair and received compliments) and super friendly (awesome conversation). The location was clean and and offered something to drink. The atmosphere was awesome and it was an overall excellent experience. I loved being able to book my appointment online and the ease of the whole process from start to finish. Definitely give this place a try.

1000/10 Highly recommend. I was greeted at the door first and foremost. Absolutely love that! I booked with Richette for my boy’s head to be retwisted. The appointments were for 9:00am and 9:30am. I literally walked out the shop at 11:32am. I was expecting it to be an all day process, because my boys have a lot of hair and whenever I would go other places it takes way longer. Extremely satisfied with their hair and customer service. Would definitely be back!

Miami X Hair is a conveniently salon located in North Miami Beach that offers both hair and nail services. I have been there twice and have been very happy were their services. It’s easy to book and they even have Walk Ins available. For my current look, Steph did an awesome job in styling my hair and she was very nice and professional. This place is terrible. I’ve never experienced a shop so unprofessional. I have attempted to get my daughters hair braided on two different occasions and each time I receive a call saying no one can do it or they’re not sure how I was able to book a stylist that doesn’t do braids. The site shouldn’t allow people to book appointments if there won’t be any staff there and definitely shouldn’t allow you to book a certain staff that doesn’t even do that style. This place is poorly ran and just ghetto. I really didn’t want to leave this review but after canceling for the second time it left me no choice. Businesses like this need to be held accountable. I will gladly take my money elsewhere that is deemed professional!
