I started going here when I moved here in 2019. It was great! In the past couple of months If the owner and his wife aren’t there it’s horrible. No one wants to do pedicures and they tell you to come back at another time or day. The place was empty when I came in. There was only one person in the shop.

I use to Only get my nails done here & it was amazing. When I came to visit this time a man & woman that I’ve never used before did my nails & my friends. They quite literally did not listen to a word we said. She wanted French tip on her real nails and they did acrylic, I wanted gel and fake nails & he started trying to paint my real nails til I told him what I actually wanted. I had to guide him in all of his mistakes and they still came out looking like a bunch of thumb nails. Then Jack tried telling me that I should have told the guy when I clearly had told him multiple times. We still had to pay full price and they charged my friend more for acrylics she didn’t want because she’s never gotten her nails done before so she didn’t know the difference. They left air bubbles in her nails as well. Completely AWFUL service. If you are going to go there only let Jack or his ex wife do them and make sure you micro-manage them so they actually listen! Also, the guy didn’t even take the product all the way up my nails so it already looks like I need a fill. Jack said he would give me a discount next time but I will never go back there.

My nail services started off good, but towards the end of my gel manicure John freaking rushed me to pick a sticker for my nails because he had someone waiting for him to get a fill in. After he transferred me over to Jack, that man was also very rude, argumentative and confrontational after I said to him I’m never coming back here again. Jack then said John can only spend an hour with you so you went over your time with him. Mind you they don’t even take appts here. He stopped all of his bickering after I told him to check his energy. This is the most rudest unprofessional nail salon I’ve evert been too. Trashy nail salon! I would never recommend for anyone to come here to get their nails done. The only reason why I came here is because my usual nail salon were fully booked and couldn’t fit me in today. If you’re in the Bullhead City area I would highly recommend for you to get your nails at hi tech nails instead. They always over exceed my expectations on my gel mani and gel pedi.

Pretty bad. I had a pedicure. The chair was so broke down it was like sitting on a wooden bench. The girl who did my feet was clearly not at all interested in doing a decent job. I heard that the men there are good. Wish I’d have got one of them!!!

I went to shop 2 times. The first time was a good experience. I went back 3 wks later and I had mold under couple of nails.The gentleman just put acrylic stuff over and didn’t say a thing or put something on it to help the mold. My pedicure person cut my big toe nail all the way down my nail and I had to run to CVS to get some Neosporin with pain relief and took Tylenol for the pain. I WILL NEVER GO BACK and would not refer them to my worse enemy

Critical: QualitySat there for a over 30 minutes with my feet soaking waiting for them to start. He painted my nails and then did the lotion didn’t even get my full treatment and then charged me $15 dollars for gel.
