Came in for my daughters birthday she was super excited to get her nails done for the first time! I was given a book with prices ($25 for an acrylic full set with regular polish shes 12 that price seemed great!) she sits down and they start! I’m told her nails will be $50. I ask why they say full set is $35 plus shellac (that I didn’t ask for) and $5 for the length. I explained that I didn’t ask for shellac ,her nails were short ( I posted a pic of the length) and the price book said it started at $25. 7 or 8 woman crowded around us speaking loudly in another language (I totally get that English may be your second language but your customer is speaking English so I feel like it’s rude to speak about us in a different language) Im told that the book prices are wrong (why give a customer a book with the wrong prices) the whole experience was yucky! I will honestly never give them my business again

I don’t get my nails done very often and only like to get them done on special occasions. I came in here with my sister to treat us because we don’t get to spend very much time together. I called ahead and made an appointment for us and asked them to do two sets of acrylics and let them know I wanted it to be dipped nails. When my sister and I got there we had to wait about 30 minutes before they even started serving us. When they finally did they sat us down and began to work. The lady doing my sisters nails let me know it was going to be 50 each for our nails. I told her that was perfectly fine and we went on to doing it. I’ve had my nails dipped several times so I knew the process of how it goes. Maybe 4 steps in she was putting shellac on my acrylics and when I asked her why she was doing that and not dipped she proceeded to tell me “if you wanted dip you had to tell me before I started your nails and now I’m gonna have to redo the whole thing and take off all the nails if your wanting dip.” I felt disrespected by that answer because I literally told them on the phone what I wanted to have done. I let her proceed anyway. She finished an entire set on my nails within 45 minutes and they looked awful. They weren’t shaped right, some were longer then others, the nail polish didn’t even look smooth. It was absolutely awful. To make matters even worse when we checked out she told me the price was 120 dollars. I was so mad I didn’t even have words I just gave her the money. Doing the math right our nails were 50 each and should have been 100 dollars all together with a tip that I wanted to include. She completely took advantage of me and charged me 20 dollars extra. I have never in my life felt so cheated and disrespected. I will never be coming back here again.

I have always received excellent service, even on super busy days. Today was exceptional, not only were my nails gorgeous but the nail tech was so sweet and kind to my very excited 3 yr old daughter lol. First time there was ok but the second time was a nightmare. The guy who did my nails was crazy rough and ground my nails down to paper thin then used some torture tool to scrape and scrape until I almost cried. Literally trashed every nail on both hands. Within a day, because they were so thin, my nails buckled and broke on both thumbs and since then 8 of my 10 nails have broken low enough that I’ve had 2 bleed and the rest I’ve had to clip down to nothing. It will be months before they’ll be strong enough to be done again. Don’t waste your money here!!!

I normally have a great experience, but this time, I am so disappointed. My daughter and I went on Saturday to get a mani and pedi and as you can see in the picture, my shellac nail didn’t last. It is only Wednesday, and it started chipping since Monday.
