6:20PM on a Saturday, OPEN sign is on. I walked in to see if they had time to do a pedicure before going out of town. No one looked up to even acknowledge me. I walked over to the manicure tables and asked if they had time to do a pedicure. Guy said “no we are closed” and never looked up. Rude. Plain rude. At least say “sorry” or something. That’s ok. I’ll take my business and tip elsewhere. And turn your “OPEN” light off if you aren’t gonna see anymore customers.

This was one of the worst experience- unprofessional manicurist that wanted to do my nails the way he wanted to and not how my money was going to pay for them. They are out of style- attempted to put chrome on my nails and it was a total disaster. I had gone in on a Friday- the following Thursday I was back bc a nail had popped off- the color on my toes was peeling ( he said bc it’s regular polish and not gel ♀️)and the chrome was peeling off and he used the excuse that it was the work that I do for a living- UMMM EXCUSE ME-

This nail shop is horrible there’s only one licence tech in there and they actually charges people 10 dollars to remove Polish off their nails and they messed my nails up bad I recommend no one to go there at all they are not professional at all
