It was my first visit to Miami lakes therapeutic and it was amazing. Jose was very professional and knowledgeable. My neck and upper back were very tight, very tense and full of knots. He targeted the areas that needed special work and used different techniques to treat them. He was very informative during the entire massage. Very flexible schedule and the hours super convenient. I definitely recommend Jose to anyone who needs a massage, I felt a huge difference when he was done and will continue to go to him for great massages

First time coming here and I’m glad I did! I need a massage therapist who understands what I’m going through and Jose proved he did. He targeted the necessary areas on my body with different techniques, and informed me of what he was doing the whole way through. Very flexible with scheduling and I truly appreciate that. If you’re looking for pain relief, Jose is amazing! I have lots of tension in my shoulders from working a desk job (real bad) and he is able to expertly apply deep pressure to release the knots. I leave session able to breathe deeply and touch my ear to my neck and in cloud nine. The office is welcoming and always clean for clients and Jose has a very gentle, relaxed demeanor. Always the professional.The hot pads he uses are a nice touch to soothe sore muscles. Definitely recommend 🙂

I took my 12 year old son because his shoulders and neck were very stiff due to anxiety. Within 20 minutes, my son was already moving his neck differently. He says he was feeling much better. I myself also had a massage with Jose and I left his office feeling very light and with more movement. He is very professional, knowledgeable and very kind. His prices are very reasonable. Jose’s skillful, professional massages are life saving and miraculous! I suffer from extreme sciatic nerve pain, stiff neck, tension, and knots in my shoulders. In the past I had to get Injections to be able to manage the pain but ever since meeting Jose, my pain has disappeared. I went to Jose for a craniosacral therapy massage for my chronic neck pain and tension/stiffness. I had been experiencing this problem for years and constantly cracking my neck trying to get relief. After just 1 session I felt immediate relief and had better range of motion in my neck. My jaw has also been popping for years and it hasn’t popped since getting the massage. Jose is not only a great massage therapist, but he spent the time to explain everything he was doing. It was the best massage I’ve ever had! I am definitely going back for a few more sessions.
