Damaged my beautiful healthy hair, I left his chair crying overall highly disappointed with my experience. I asked for a beige blonde balayage and was told he knew how to do it and ended with up 3 different colors in my hair including red patches in my hair. I had thick luscious hair before stepping into this salon to him leaving me with dry brittle hair, a girls worst nightmare. Nonetheless, I waited an hour and 10 minutes when I was told to wait 30minutes, time management is horrible. Lack of client attentiveness, professionalism and knowledge on hairstyle techniques. Damaged my beautiful healthy hair, I left his chair crying overall highly disappointed with my experience. I asked for a beige blonde balayage and was told he knew how to do it and ended with up 3 different colors in my hair including red patches in my hair. Lack of knowledge of new hair trends asked for a simple touch up and ended up with yellow looking highlights definitely did not know what he was doing. Would not recomend this place at all. Owner is not professional at all makes you wait and after making you wait he goes and has a conversation with the owner of the business next door. Lack of knowledge of new hair trends asked for a simple touch up and ended up with yellow looking highlights definitely did not know what he was doing. Would not recomend this place at all. Critical: QualityThe term Balayage is widely used in the hair community and you would think that an owner would know how to do this. This is clearly not the case as the result was 90s striped hair with a random streak of red. Maybe the red was a mistake that the owner thought wouldn’t be seen. The term Balayage is widely used in the hair community and you would think that an owner would know how to do this. This is clearly not the case as the result was 90s striped hair with a random streak of red. Maybe the red was a mistake that the owner thought wouldn’t be seen. The hair was left fragile and damaged and will need many treatments to bring it back to its normal state.
