Honestly there are several places that will do a much better customer service and probably even for a cheaper price. When I arrived they told me that my stylist isn’t ready as her previous client came 10 minutes late, so then it mean 10-15 minutes delay. Still my stylist wasn’t ready so they asked another stylist to work with me who seemed extremely inexperienced with hair coloring and haircuts. He overbleached my hair to golden when I had asked for dark brown color and I had to go back to him to fix what he did a week later and all I was interested in was keeping the tonic longer than he did last time and he started out by blaming me that I got what I had asked for, I did not want to get into any arguments with this person, he shoved the haircolor book in my face and told me that “pick a color fast since my other client is waiting”, this is the second experience when I had prebooked the appointment and my stylist was still busy with another client and he attended me with no courtesy as he knew he couldn’t charge me again for a tonic job. The stylist was George, this person barely communicates and when did say anything either it did not make sense and he himself was confused or just was being rude. The customer service needs to improve and they need to honor their appointments to the customers.
