First time trying out this nail salon. I usually go to one in Columbus but I was short on time and it was only 15mins from where I had to pickup my kiddo from school. Sadly not pleased, felt like a kid or someone inexperienced did my nails. Went here on Friday and its now Sunday and my nails are already chipped and the gel is coming off. I typically do dip but have done gel a few times and only had this happen once with gel because it was applied very thin and fast. I don’t like to post negative reviews but I have to be honest with my results from here and disappointed because I expected better from all the positive reviews I saw.

Went with a friend today for a pedicure and it was the BEST pedicure I’ve received in a long time! The owner, Mia, is kind, adorable, and friendly. Let’s all be honest… the best part of a pedicure is the foot and leg massage and this didn’t disappoint…A++++! I will be back.

Unfortunately I have to edit my review. No one submits a good review only to change into not so favorable one. I initially was very happy with my gel set came out very nice. My daughter & I went on Nov 28th . She got a pedicure & powder set. We both started experiencing peeling early until we both decided to peel all polish off. Im positive our nails should’ve lasted longer than seven days. Needless to say we’re both very disappointed. What I thought was the best manicure I had in long time turn out to be subpar. We’re both out of the area in two separate locations which makes experience even worse. Personally think my daughter should be reimbursed or partially refunded. Due to outcome, she was extremely overcharged. Will not be revisiting.

Went for Mother’s Day, it was fast to get seated just wanted a basic pedicure but they basically forced the deluxe. Told them I wanted acrylic on my toes, again ignored that, just got white gel which started peeling the next day. They didn’t accept Amex which wasn’t stated on the door, will not go to them again. The atmosphere was dry and uncomfortable.
