Finally! I went to 3 different locations, and all said we don’t do acrylic on toes. ♀️ My last stop was Mia Nails in Woodbury. I was greeted by Joshua, who was very professional. I showed the owner the picture, and she said Yes! We can do that! I sat with Julie, who assured me she could do what I showed her in the picture. I got a full set on my toes and a nice massage. Very Satisfied!! Thank you, Mia Nails!! I definitely recommend!

Please know this business is under new management (same owners). I changed nail salons when the owner moved to a secondary location. In a rush, I decided to visit Mia Nails today for my service. What’s happened to this place??? I watched one of my daughter’s kind elementary school teachers loudly be publicly degraded because she complained (quietly and stood up for herself) about her nail person hurting her. I started supporting these business owners and managers because of their Christian kindness and attitude. Unfortunately, that’s not even close to what I saw today. The situation could have been managed MUCH differently. Publicly yelling and degrading was NOT the answer. We all have bad days, hopefully the new manger of Mia Nail learns from today and moves forward in kindness remembering the customer is always right. Without the customer there is no service to provide!

Very friendly , clean , but very expensive. Only 2 other people came in while we were there. My gel nails are chipping like crazy. That has not happened ever with other places I’ve been. Not happy with the polish on my toes either !!

Very bad customer service, I don’t know if it is the owner but there was a lady with purple hair, she’s the most RUDE person ever and unprofessional. They talk BAD about you Infront of you, in their language, you realized cus they laugh and make bad gestures and sounds at the time you are talking and also yell. This kind of attitude doesn’t deserve my money, I’ll never come back again, it was a wasted of time and money. and you can’t even relax with them yelling!!. So disappointed.
