I would give them more stars if i was able to because I can not put into words how amazing this place really is!!! Every time I have gone in I have a specific design I want put on my nails and they always match it perfectly !! Everyone is so nice and it is something I look forward to every month!! Tommy and Mia run an amazing shop!! As long as you’re not 15 minutes late for your appointment and show up at the time your appointment is made then they get you in as soon as you walk in the door!! I have major anxiety and the whole vibe of their salon makes any anxious thoughts I have go away immediately! Truly thankful for this environment!

Kaylee culwells appointment was canceled without reaching back out to confirm. They lied and said we wanted it canceled. My fiance is a nurse and has limited time to get to a salon. We will not be doing business with this salon again. In response to the poor customer service we contacted aquatic nail spa in Madison and was able to be seen immediately. Not only were they friendlier but they were able to offer a better experience with options previously denied at Mia.
